Strictly necessary only, no banner

snøday does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. We only store what is necessary for signing in and for your chosen language. Strictly necessary cookies do not require consent, so we do not ask for it and the website has no cookie banner.

Which cookies we set

• sb-snoday-auth (possibly split into parts .0, .1…) – signing in to your account; only if you sign in; valid for 1 year; shared between snoday.app and my.snoday.app so that the website knows you are signed in,
• sb-snoday-auth-code-verifier – a temporary cookie during sign-in via email link or Google / Apple (sign-in protection); deleted after sign-in,
• sd_locale – chosen language; only if you switch the language manually; valid for 1 year.

Browser storage

The public website stores nothing in browser storage (localStorage) – your choices are kept in the page address, or in your account if you are signed in. The visitor statistics use neither cookies nor storage.

Third parties

When you click an affiliate link to accommodation, you go to Stay22 and the accommodation providers’ websites, which may set their own cookies according to their policies. Map tiles and webcam previews are loaded by your browser directly from their servers (OpenFreeMap, foto-webcam.eu).

How to delete cookies

Signing out deletes the sign-in cookie. You can delete or block all cookies at any time in your browser settings; without the sign-in cookie you simply cannot sign in. More about data processing: Privacy policy.
