Service and operator
snøday compares ski resorts based on the weather forecast (sunshine, visibility, snow, wind). It is operated by NMS Europe s.r.o., U Nikolajky 1070/13, 150 00 Praha 5, Czech Republic, Company ID (IČO) 07723156, contact hello@snoday.app. Use is free of charge, and the basic features work without an account. The service is in trial operation (beta).
The forecast is for information only
Scores, forecasts and estimates of crowds and travel time are estimates based on weather models and open data. They may be wrong, data may be delayed, and the service may not always be available. Everything is for information only and without guarantee. Always check the status of lifts, slopes and roads with the resort.
Safety in the mountains and avalanches
You decide about your journey and your movements in the mountains yourself and at your own risk. snøday does not assess avalanche danger or terrain safety. Off groomed slopes, follow the current avalanche bulletin of the official avalanche warning service and the instructions of the mountain rescue service. In an emergency, call 112.

Independence and affiliate links
The ranking of resorts is based solely on the score. Commissions, partnerships and advertising never influence it – an automated test checks this. We select accommodation tips by walking distance to the lift, not by commission. Links to accommodation offers are affiliate links (Stay22) and are labelled as such: if you book accommodation through them, we may receive a commission; the price for you does not change. You conclude the accommodation contract directly with the accommodation provider or booking platform.
Account
You create an account by signing in via a link in an email or with Google or Apple, without a password. You are responsible for access to your email. You can delete your account at any time in my.snoday.app → Account.
Rules of use
The service is not intended for bulk automated data downloading, circumventing restrictions or disrupting operation. Do not enter other people’s personal data or content that infringes the rights of others in the diary or notes. We may restrict or close an account that breaks these rules.
Data and licences
snøday is built on open data. Their sources and licences are listed on the Data sources and licences page. The texts, design and calculations of snøday are protected by copyright.
Liability
We provide the service as is, without any guarantee of accuracy or availability. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damage arising from the use of the forecast or from service outages.
Changes, governing law and disputes
We may change these terms; we will inform users with an account about material changes by email. These terms are governed by the law of the Czech Republic; consumers retain the protection afforded by the law of their country. Out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes: Czech Trade Inspection Authority (ČOI, adr.coi.cz).
